I already host my existing domain name with another hosting company. How do I move to your server?

Transferring your domain name and website is usually a simple process. In most cases this transfer will take less than 72 hours. Once we have created your hosting account we will send you all the information you need to transfer. If it is technically possible, we can transfer the domain for you.

Is it possible to use my own designs and graphics on my website?

That depends what format your designs and graphics are in. We will do everything possible to incorporate them into the site.

I want to make some changes to my website how can I do this?

You have 24/7 FTP access to your website. Using the login and password we have assigned for you, you can connect to your home directory. From there you can navigate to any of your HTML directories and upload your files.

How long will it take for my site to propogate after the DNS has been changed?

This can take up to 72 hours, but in most cases your site will be up in less than 6 hours.
We suggest using the FTP client WS_FTP.

What page is loaded when I go to http://www.your-domain.com?

Our servers are configured to read index.html as the default homepage, so people browsing your site can simply type http://www.yourdomain.com rather than having to specify a filename, such as http://www.yourdomain.com/homepage.html
